Textured Mushrooms Atc´s

Hi, I'm Vero (@ Vero.kt) and I welcome you to today's inspiration. How's everybody ? I've been playing with  Mixed media marks Grungy Stuff , Round in circles and  Textured Mushrooms to create a colorful Atc´s , that I hope you like.

Very easy to do, we started. We cut watercolor paper to a size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches, if you prefer to work in cm, 6.4x8.9. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed, and I color the backgrounds with pigments.

When the backgrounds dry (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we will add texture and depth with different inks, in my case I have used distress oxide. To start, I choose a stamp from the Mixed media marks , apply the inks, spray water, and stamp, (I'm not looking for definition, I'm looking for a watercolor effect, watery).

Help myself with the dryer and go back to stamp with different inks, to continue adding depth and texture.

I choose one of the stamps from the Textured Mushrooms set, stamp it on book sheets, color it with watercolor pencils, then cut.

One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the composition, I have to admit that it is usually the part that takes me the most.

Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.I hope you like it as much as I do when making them.

Mini Art Journaling

Hi, I'm Vero (@ Vero.kt) and I welcome you to today's inspiration Wednesday. How's everybody? I've been playing with Doodle Flowers, Grungy Stuff, Pencil marks # 1 and Pencil marks # 2 to create a page in my little art journal. I hope you like.

I started by cutting watercolor paper into a square, 4x4 inch format, adding color with pigments.
To speed up the drying process, help me with a dryer. To add texture, use multiple stamps with inks in shades similar to the background.

To integrate, blank embossing, which also brings light to the page.

Finally I color with watercolor pencils the flower, the protagonist of my page.

Atc´s Pencil Marks

Hello, I'm Vero (@Vero.kt) and I welcome you to the inspiration of today Wednesday. How's everybody? I've been  playing  with Rubber Dance's  Pencil Marks #1Inky Friends and  Mixed media marks  to create a colorfu  Atcs  that I hope you like.

I tell you that the first thing I do when the new Rubber Dance stamps arrive home, I test them on different sheets, with different inks to get familiar with them.On this occasion, I chose to try them on the Gelli Plate with acrylic paints (I had been watching Susanne's videos and I wanted to do my versions)

When I had a number of papers /backgrounds ready, the ones I liked the most were cut down to the size of an atc (2.5 x 3,5 inches).

I kept adding layers and textures, with black permanent inks, a bit of white embossing (try this technique, the definition is ideal). Finally it's time to stamp and color the stamp you chose from the set Inky Friends.

One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the composition, I have to admit that it is usually the part that takes me the most. Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.I hope you like it as much as I do when making them.

Atc´s Textured Flowers

Hello and welcome to today's inspiration Friday. How is everyone? I enjoy and have a lot of fun colorful Atc´s. I hope you like them.

I have been playing with Rubber Dance's Mixed media marks ,  Grungy Sequins , Collage Elemnts and Textured Flowers

Very easy to do, we started. We cut watercolor paper to a size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed, and I color the backgrounds with inks.

When the backgrounds dries (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we're going to add texture and depth with permanent black ink, and with oxide inks here and there. Later,I emboss in white, choose one of the stamps from the set Mixed media marks

To add depth and highlight the background, a sewing machine stitch.

I choose one of the stamps from the Textured Flowers set, stamp it on a book sheet and then cut it out and integrate it into the composition.

Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.I hope you like it as much as I do when making them.

Little Witch Card

Hello and welcome to today's inspiration Monday. How is everyone? I enjoy and have a lot of fun creating cards, and if it's Halloween-themed, even more. I hope you like it.

I have been playing with Rubber Dance's Mixed media marks, Grungy Sequins , Boo to You  and Little Witch.

To begin with, I have cut a circle with scalloped edges in watercolor paper.I add color like a watercolor with the pigments.

When I get the desired shades I let it dry or I help myself with a heat gun.I add stamps and embossing in white to the background

One of the most fun parts of the creative process for me is coloring and cutting. This time I have colored with watercolor pencils.

Now it's time to arrange the elements to finish the composition. Here are several photos of the project so you can appreciate the details.
