Atc´s Inky Friends

Hi, I'm Vero (@ Vero.kt) and I welcome you to today's inspiration Thursday. How's everybody ?I've been playing with Inky Friends, Mixed media marks ,Old book Page and Grungy Stuff to create a colorful Atc´s  that I hope you like.

Very easy to do, we started. We cut watercolor paper to a size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed, and I color the backgrounds with inks.

When the backgrounds dries (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we're going to add texture and depth with permanent black ink, and with oxide inks here and there. Later,I emboss in white, choose one of the stamps from the set Mixed media marks

I choose one of the stamps from the Inky Friends set, stamp it, color it with watercolor pencils, then cut it out and integrate it into the composition.

One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the composition, I have to admit that it is usually the part that takes me the most.

Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.I hope you like it as much as I do when making them.

I hope you enjoyed and don't forget to visit regularly. The team has amazing inspirations every day, just for you.

Shaker Card for AALL & CREATE

Hello creative friends! Vero is here with  shaker card  that I hope you like. I have been playing with some of the new stamps

Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolor paper that measures approximately 4x6 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed. The next step is to color with different pigments or inks (as if they were watercolors) to gradually form the background.

When the backgroud dries, I emboss in white, choose of the stamps # I use the stamps #366 Roundly by Autour de Mwa.

We are going to sew on 3 sides of the card an acetate paper.

We include sequins and we finish off the stitching

One of the most fun parts of the creative process is stamping and coloring. I use a permanent black ink, (versafine).

Undoubtedly the most fun part is the composition, in addition to being the one that takes the longest time usually takes me hahaha. I choose the girl from the label # 357 Fly  by Janet Klein as the protagonist. Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.

Thanks for stopping by, reading us, commenting, sharing any questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

Two Colorful cards for AALL & CREATE

Hello creative friends! How's everybody? Vero is here with some colorful cards that I hope you like. I have been playing with some of the new stamps.

Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolor paper that measures approximately 4x6 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed.

The next step is to color with different pigments or inks (as if they were watercolors) to gradually form the background.

When the backgroud dries, I emboss in white, choose of the stamps # 350 Splattered Numbers by TracyEvans

Now we add textures and depth with black permanent ink, prints here and there. I have also used to stamp distress oxide inks.I use the stamps #366 Roundly by Autour de Mwa and #351 Alphabet Splalter by Tracy Evans. To make the print look badly stamped or watercolors, I spray water on the card and dry with a cloth or absorbent paper

One of the most fun parts of the creative process is stamping and coloring. I use a permanent black ink, (versafine).

I stamp the stamp # 350 Splattered Numbers by TracyEvans on of the background that we prepared at the beginning, to cut them and use them in the composition.

To create a more fun effect. the cut numbers we sew to the paper.

Undoubtedly the most fun part is the composition, in addition to being the one that takes the longest time usually takes me hahaha. I choose the girl from the label # 359 Raincoat by Janet Klein as the protagonist. We finish with permanent black ink on the edges of the card and a stitching with the sewing machine.

Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.

With the same steps as project 1, I make another card. Your stockings, 3.5 x 6.5 inches. I uses stamps #354 Bunny & Bunnies by Janet Klein #350 Splattered Numbers by Tracy Evans #313 Reverse Dotz  by Autour de Mwa

Grungy and Colorful Tags

Hello creative friends! How are you all keeping? Vero (@vero.kt) is here with two new colorful tags  that I hope you like. I have been playing with some of the new stamps. Mixed media marksTextured Sea Creatures and Grungy Butterflies .

We begin. They are very easy tags to make. I have cut in watercolor paper, to give them a different shape, but it is not necessary. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed.

The next step is to color with different pigments (as if they were watercolors) to gradually form the background. You can use acrylic paint, watercolors, inks, whatever you like best.

Now we add textures and depth with black permanent ink, prints here and there. I have also used to stamp oxide inks. With stencils and textured paste with a crackle effect we integrate the different elements. If like me you are a lover of embossing, it should never be lacking in a background.

Now it's time to stamp and color our stamps.I finally decide to use Textured Sea Creatures and Grungy Butterflies .

After stamping and coloring, the funniest part comes, the composition and we would finish with our cards.

Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.

Here are the Rubber Dance Stamps I used:
